Had this delivered to Spain because even with Europe Courier Delivery charge a similar TV stand here was almost 3 times more expensive . As good if not better than it looks on the Standland website and very easy to follow assembly instructions. Took less than 20 minutes to complete. Product delivered here in less than a week and extremely well packaged. 5* service.

I would just like to thank you for the service you have given me over the past 2 weeks. I ordered the Damagio stand with the Blue led glass. The stand arrived with the top glass panel damaged and I did not know until at least a week later when I moved in to my house and set the stand up over Easter. When I found the damage I thought oh my god I'm outside the 7 day return period for damage but when I spoke to Kim she was really good about the whole situation and very positive that I would get a replacement. She told what I needed to do and did exactly that. Then Tuesday I phoned Standland just to confirm you got the Email and once again the guy on the end of the phone was very helpfull and said they would send a replacement out straight away no questions asked. The glass has arrived and in one piece and the stand is the best TV stand I have seen. So once again thank you for the great service

Firstly I must praise the order/delivery - I placed my order on Tuesday and it arrived within 48 hours. I am also grateful to your representative on the chat-line who answered a query immediately, enabling me to commit to the order.
Next comes praise for the item itself. It was so easy to assemble that I had it in place, complete with TV and four-piece stacking system, within half-an-hour of opening the box. I looked at many products - needing to fit the limited space of a chimney-breast alcove - and yours was by far and above the best. The all-black design is smart, the quality of the components excellent, and the addition of castors makes it so much easier.
I would highly recommend your company's services and, again, I thank you very much.

It's always good to find a new retailer on internet that sells quality goods at a fraction of the price you would pay for the same equipment at larger retail outlets.
I've just ordered a TV stand which was exactly the same as one being sold in (...). Your service was first class, I called and got through to your store first time to ask a question before I bought, the item was delivered prompt and well within the stated time, and was received in first class condition.
I was so impressed I thought I would send you a note to add to your customer comments board as I know people worry about buying from retailers on-line they may not have heard of!

I felt I had to put down in writing my customer experience while dealing with your company. I was a bit skeptical after reading most of your customer comments on your web site, thinking where are the negative ones. I ordered my TV stand on Monday 19th October and received an e-mail the following day from Parcelforce saying that my order had been despatched. I received the TV stand Wednesday 21st October and after checking the contents of the box that night I saw that the leg pieces (3) were brushed metal and not the chrome finished that was advertised on the web site and on the picture on the box, so I thought here we go. After completing my purchase on Monday night a telephone number was given if there were problems with the item, so the next day I phoned and spoke to an understanding customer service person. After explaining that the chrome legs I had wanted on this TV stand were brushed metal colour, he said that if I wanted he would send the chrome finish ones out by post. I was amazed when I got home on Thursday to find the legs already deliveried to my house. I put the TV stand together on Friday and was getting on well with the straight forward instructions until I got to one of the last pieces behind the table. Piece number (6) was damaged on the edge so I telephoned again and was asked to put my details into an e-mail not expecting to hear anything until Monday. But you replied with the e-mail below on the Saturday which surprised me. I recived the piece (6) on Wednesday 28th October which is now on the TV stand.
I am very inpressed with your service, prices, easy to follow instructions, also being kept informed throughout, either by yourselves or Parcelforce. I will not have any hesitations in recommending Standland. I now know why there wasn't any negative comments on your web site.

After looking, on Wednesday, on the internet for a TV stand I found the Standland site. I was very pleased to find there was a showroom in Chester which is only a 15 minute drive away. My wife was out on Thursday so I drove over to take a look. It saddens me to say that I didn't get the name of the lady in the showroom but she was most helpful and cheerful and gave me all the information I needed to talk things over with my wife. On Friday (today) we both went to the showroom and, again, the lady was most helpful in helping us choose a stand to suit our needs. The price was far less than any others I had found on the internet. On getting the stand home I found it very easy to put together. I have no reservations in recommending Standland and the lady in question was so nice to deal with.

I ordered this product on Wednesday 3pm and was delivered just after Noon on Friday - well packaged and in excellent condition.
It's assembled (easy to follow instructions) and supports a 37- inch Sony TV (a great combination! ) - super quality- I am so pleased with the result!

At £39.99 including delivery this is a real bargain and looks just as good as stands available in a certain electrical chain store at four

Our delivery that was ordered on Sunday night and
queried by phone on Tuesday arrived safely on Wednesday morning. All of

Dear Sirs

I ordered a stand Model No. ZIN271532/BKI at 3.30 pm and received it the next day a tad before noon well packed and in A1 condition
The stand put together dead easy and looks good all this at a very sensible price.
What can I say excellent all round
