Delivery - Please note all products are dispatched Monday to Friday
therefore any orders taken over the weekend All items are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from the date of delivery. If you change your mind and wish to return your product within 28 days we will upon receipt of your return refund your money in FULL. The product must be returned to us at your cost. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery any transport damage. (this is very rare as we use excellent couriers and packaging) If you tell us that parts of your TV Stand are missing or damaged we will dispatch replacement parts free of charge. We ask for an email address when you order, we will NOT pass on your email address to any third party other than for the purpose of keeping you informed of your delivery. None of the conditions above affect your statutory rights. A signature is required upon delivery, any requests for us to leave in your shed, garage, greenhouse will be at the discretion of the driver on the day and at your risk. We have tried to keep the terms and conditions as simple and straight forward as possible, common sense and any applicable laws shall at all times prevail. Lowest Price Guarantee - We guarantee that if you find the same product for sale at any other 'VAT registered' GENUINE online retailer within 7 days of purchase we will happily refund the difference. The product must be in stock and must include any applicable delivery charges.
